Returns Policy (AliExpress)

At Atreva-se Beauty, we work with trusted international suppliers using a dropshipping model. That means our products are shipped directly from partners (like AliExpress).

🕒 Return Window

We accept return requests within 7 days after delivery.

✅ Conditions for Return

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, wrong, or not delivered.

  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (wrong color/size ordered).

  • For hygiene reasons, used or opened cosmetic items cannot be returned.

📸 To Request a Refund

Email us at claudiadanielareis88@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Description of the issue

Once approved, you may receive:

  • Full or partial refund

  • Replacement item

🚫 Non-refundable items:

  • Digital products (e-books)

  • Used/opened items

  • Orders with incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

⏱️ Refund Time

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days.
